Answer to Question 2

theories state that there is no single style of leadership that will be effective in every situation. In order to be an effective leader, the leader must be able to adapt their behavior to changing situations. Fiedler's contingency leadership model states that group performance is a function of both the leader and the leadership situation. The leadership situation consists of three things: leader-member relations, the extent to which the task is structured, and the position power.
