Business professionals will want a quick meal and service. Seniors will prefer more traditional foods, moderate pricing, and a leisurely pace to the meal and service. Families will want kid friendly options, may want speedy service.

Answer to Question 2

They should be included to offer variety and keep the menu fresh. However, management must be sure will appeal to clientele and should consider how new item(s) might impact sales of existing menu items.
