Kimchi could easily be explained as the most important food in Korea. It is eaten
at every meal and with almost all types of foods. It is like sauerkraut, but generally
spicier. Its main ingredients are Chinese cabbage and daikon radish. It can aid
digestion. There are literally hundreds of different variations of kimchi, many
designed to go with a specific time of the year.
