Answer to Question 1

b

Answer to Question 2

The main difference between Cantonese food and Szechwan food has to do with the
spiciness of Szechwan food. Its flavor is defined by the use of red chili and the
Szechwan peppercorn that are both used extensively in their food. Cantonese food
is more balanced and overall, not as hot.
