A POS system only
allows food to be ordered from the kitchen if it is assigned to a guest check (table) and to a server.

They measure the quality and quantity standards for each bullet point on a job
description. Managers use them in scheduling as they determine how many employees in each
position are needed to handle a forecast customer count.
