The director says that two successive z-axis index vectors will be interpreted by the
viewer as converging. The associate director, however, claims that the viewer will interpret
them as diverging index vectors. Who is right? Why?

What will be an ideal response?

Question 2

The novice associate director insists on zooming in on two people facing each other to
get a tighter shot rather than cutting to close-ups. He claims that any change in camera
and people positions would destroy the continuity when the shots are edited together.
Do you agree with this decision? If so, why? If not, why not?

What will be an ideal response?
