mean, frequency, and variance. Inferential statistics examine the relationship(s) that exist
between two or more variable

 specific (clearly defined and understandable), M  measureable (data can be
collected and analyzed to determine effectiveness), A  achievable (possible even within the
organization's resource constraints), R  relevant (directly tied to what you're trying to
accomplish), T  time-bound (has a clear beginning and ending path).
