You teach one day a week at the detention facility for four different grade levels. You also run voluntary group therapy classes two nights a week in which you teach basic social skills. Billy, a 15-year-old chronic offender, attends the group sessions and is currently the only student in your 3rd level English class, which he clearly hates. During English class Billy tells you that he learned about the standards of the Institute of Judicial Administration of the American Bar Association that says he can refuse treatment. He tells you he will still come to group sessions, but that he won't be attending English class anymore.
  Question: Does Billy have the right to refuse the school class? Explain.
