Answer: Warren Buffett tells young people to figure out what they would do if they did not need the money, and then do that: Find your passion. I was very, very lucky to find it when I was seven or eight years old. . . . And you can't guarantee you'll find it in your first job out. But I always tell college students . . . Take the job you would take if you were independently wealthy. You're going to do well at it.'

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Somewhat surprisingly, trying to fake a personality test does not have a major impact on its effectiveness for employee selection, at least for the Big Five.
