Answer to Question 1

Answer: Negative punishment is the removal of something pleasant as a means to stop bad behavior. Taking away screen time or recess is a time-out that fits this example.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Positive punishment is administering something aversive after a misbehavior. An example of positive punishment would be a speeding ticket after someone goes 15 miles per hour over the speed limit.
