Answer to Question 1

ANS: F

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A saturated fatty acid has all the bonds filled to capacity with hydrogens and an unsaturated fatty acid is missing hydrogen. The saturated fatty acid is solid at room temperature, whereas the unsaturated fatty acid is liquid at room temperature. Saturated fat is relatively straight; unsaturated has a bend where the double bond occurs.
