Answer to Question 1

b

Answer to Question 2

Binge drinking is 5 or more drinks consumed in a session. For people who are not accustomed to drinking, this would be a lot of drinks and would likely be a deterrent since these people may not want to get sick later on. For a person who has a history of binge drinking, this may not seem like a large amount of alcohol especially in a given night.
