Olivia takes a daily multivitamin supplement that includes 600 IUs of vitamin D. Would you recommend additional vitamin D supplementation? If so, outline your recommendation.

 Yes, I would recommend additional vitamin D supplementation.
 Provide Olivia with agummy vitamin D supplement containing400 IU and monitor her 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels. Supplementation may be adjusted based on changes in her vitamin D status. .

- Inadequate energy intake: meet 100 of daily energy requirements
- Inadequate protein intake: meet 100 of daily protein requirements
- Inadequate oral intake: increase oral intake to 60 of energy needs before weaning from nutrition support
- Unintended weight loss: maintain/gain some weight
 Nutrition concerns:
- Adherence to nutrition support prescription
- Adherence to increased oral intake
- Weight (gain/loss/maintenance)
