Ht. = 511; Wt. = 172 lbs
IBW = 106 lbs + 6 lbs/1 (after 5') x 11 = 172 lbs
BMI = (172 lbs / 2.2 lbs/kg) / (71 x 2.54 cm/1 / 100 cm/m)2 = 24.0 kg/m2
