Among the warning signs for eating disorders are weight below 85 percent of ideal body weight; exercising excessively; preoccupation with food, weight, and diet; distorted body image; refusing to eat; diet pill or laxative use; changes in mood; hair loss; and avoiding eating around others.

Answer to Question 2

Whole-grain bread has abundant vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and fiber; enriched bread has some vitamins and minerals but the fiber and phytochemicals have been removed.
