Vegetable group: 2 1/2 cups per day of fresh, frozen, or canned vegetables; dried peas; and beans
Fruits: 2 cups of dried fruits or whole fruit
Dairy: 3 cups of low-fat or nonfat milk, ice cream, cheese, or yogurt
