When a caller wants to speak to your supervisor, and she is out, you should reply by saying,
 
  A) She is not in the office at the moment.
  B) She has stepped out of the office.
  C) You should not tell the caller that your supervisor is out.
  D) She is out.

Question 2

If a customer on the phone asks something you don't know, how should you answer?
 
  A) Make up a reasonable response to save time.
  B) I'll find out as soon as my supervisor returns.
  C) I'll find out for you.
