Answer to Question 1

A passport is required of every individual who travels outside the United States and allows the traveler to cross
borders. A visa is a stamped permit to travel within a given country for a specified length of time. To obtain a visa,
the traveler must show his or her passport.

Answer to Question 2

During your manager's absence, demonstrate your initiative, responsibility, and dependability. If your manager
calls you during his absence from the office, be prepared to report events, important mail, and telephone calls.
While he or she is away, you may be asked to review faxes or other incoming mail to determine if any of the
information is urgent and needs to be handled by either you or the acting manager. You also may be asked to attend
meetings in the absence of your manager. Be prepared to brief him or her on the results/actions of these meetings.
If special delivery mail arrives, log this mail so you can report this information to your manager upon his or her
return.
