The various available legal remedies should be addressed, including an equal protection challenge and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 . Further, it is important to note that the Supreme Court has not directly addressed the issue. The support for the position taken is the critical component of this question. Students should be familiar with the applicable terms and use them in support of a position.
