Answer to Question 1

The flooring material needs to be a type that is cleaned easily. Ceramic tile is used, but it should not be highly glazed, as it becomes slippery when wet. Laminate, wood with a good finish, or other resilient flooring materials may be used. Carpet is not recommended, due to moisture.

Faucets, toilets, washroom accessories must be operable with one hand, without tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist, and with a force that does not exceed 5 pounds of force.
