Any five of these: fever of 100 degrees or more, vomiting more than once, severe coughing, breathing problems, urine with a strong odor, unusual drowsiness, neck pain, seizure for first time, or excessive crying

Answer to Question 2

The indicators include cool, moist, or hot and flushed skin. Red areas, scratched patches, rashes, bumps, blisters, or sores may be present. A child may be scratching his or her skin.
