Send personalized note from the CVB president or a local elected official.
Invite delegates back with a special incentive.
Send clippings from local press coverage of the event.
Try to book its next meeting.

Lanni believes that the domestic market is saturated but not international markets and his company is well positioned to develop gaming properties overseas.
