River is having insomnia. Which piece of advice would you give to help her deal with it?
◦ Take sleeping pills.
◦ Go to bed every night at different times to "shock your sleep system."
◦ Study in bed and then go immediately to sleep.
◦ Don't do anything but sleep in your bed.
