Sven recently had his health care provider test him for a variety of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). All of his tests were negative. Now he's started dating Jack, and asks him to get tested, too. Jack says there's no need because he knows he's "clean." When Sven says he'd still like Jack to be tested, Jack acts offended and asks, "Don't you trust me?" To be most persuasive, Sven should tell Jack
◦ that people can have STIs and not know it.
◦ that he'll be more relaxed during sex if he knows Jack has tested negative.
◦ that Jack will be financially responsible for Sven's health care expenses if he contracts an STI.
◦ that he guesses Jack doesn't really care about him.
