Answer to Question 1

b

Answer to Question 2

Systematic observation involves carefully observing behavior as it occurs by taking accurate measurements of a particular behavior among people. Naturalistic observation is a type of observation that is conducted in natural settings rather than in a controlled environment. Both techniques are used to study social behavior and involve the researcher carefully observing behavior as it occurs. However, systematic observation is not always carried out in natural settings, whereas naturalistic observation always is.
