What is the current recommendation for pregnant women regarding caffeine consumption?
 
  Eliminate all caffeine consumption prior to, and during, pregnancy.
  Drink no more than three cups per day of caffeinated beverages.
  Avoid coffee, but soda and other caffeinated drinks are safe.
  Drink hot chocolate or tea instead of coffee.
