Juran's Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used how in the new car dealership service shop?

If your shop charges 70.00 per flat rate hour to your customers and you pay the technician 25.00 per flat rate hour and a one (1 ) hour job comes into your shop that is not to the customer's satisfaction and the customer must return the next day for a rework at no charge to the customer and it take the technician  of an hour to correct the customer's vehicle. Using the formula for Cost of Quality what was the cost to the shop to meet the customer's expectation? There were no parts involved.
