The question-response phase is meant to organize questions by general areas, usually using the funnel sequence. The closing phase so that the interviewee leaves with a positive feeling, let the candidate know what will happen next, summarize the interview content, outline the times and nature of future contacts, give the interviewer a chance to ask questions, and thank the interviewee for time and cooperation.
