Select City Run Mall is seeking a salesperson for the Xara showroom. The monthly pay of the salesperson would be 3,800 salary plus a 3.6 commission on sales up to 80,00 . and 7.2 on sales over 80,00 . . The job requirement also states that normal sales should usually be at least 95,00 . . What would be the total pay for a person who sold the expected minimum?

The Moose Hardware Company had cash of 160,000 . current receivables of 136,000 . and current liabilities of 63,000 . Compute the acid test ratio.

95,00 . - 80,00 . = 15,000 . 80,00 .  0.036 = 2,880;
15,00 .  0.072 = 1,080; 2,880 + 1,080 + 3,800 = 7,760
