The supervisor of a tourist information desk at a local airport is interested in how long it takes an employee to serve a customer. Using a stopwatch, he measures the amount of time it takes for each of 10 customers.
 
  These times, measured in minutes, are reported as follows: 2.3, 1.5, 3.9, 0.6, 2.7, 3.1, 2.8, 0.9, 1.4, and 2.6. Calculate the standard deviation and the interquartile range.
