When is discipline of a supervisor member prohibited under Section 8(b)(1)(B)?

Answer to Question 1

Discipline of a supervisor member is prohibited under Section 8(b)(1)(B) only when that member is engaged in Section 8(b)(1)(B) activities, that is, collective bargaining, grievance, or some other closely related activity.
