Answer to Question 1

If the appointment schedule is not built properly, the medical providers may find they are running behind. If too much time is given for appointments, the providers' time is not being used as efficiently as it could be. If too little time is given, providers may run behind in their schedule and patients have longer wait times. This can affect patient satisfaction dramatically.

Answer to Question 2

D
