C) Sinusitis affects the sinuses, not the nose.

Answer to Question 2

Mohs' surgery is done to remove skin cancer, particularly tumors with irregular shapes and depths. An operating microscope is used during surgery to examine each layer of tissue removed until all of the cancer is removed.
