Answer to Question 1

2 to 3 over 6 systolic ejection murmur

Answer to Question 2

Left ventricular hypertrophy refers to the enlargement (thickening) of the wall of the left ventricle of the heart. The left ventricle is one of four chambers of the heart, and this chamber receives blood from the left atria and pushes that blood into the general circulation. The wall of this chamber may become thickened due to the increased work required to pump blood into narrowed, less compliant blood vessels (ie, hypertension).
