  She constantly complains of feeling tired, and her vomiting is disgusting. What is a priority for the nurse to do at this point? 1. Ask the client what time of the day her fatigue is more common.
  2. Recommend that the woman have a pregnancy test done as soon as possible.
  3. Continue the interview of the client in private.
  4. Give the woman suggestions on ways to decrease the vomiting.
