During the first year of life, it is recommended that the infant have several well-child visits. Following the infant's l-year well-child visit, how often is it recommended that the child have a well-child visit?
 
  A) Quarterly until year 2, then every 6 months until the child enters school
  B) At 15 months, 18 months, then every 6 months until the child enters school
  C) At 15 months, 24 months, then annually until the child enters school
  D) At 15 months and at least annually thereafter
