A late sign of retinoblastoma is a red, painful eye with glaucoma. Amblyopia, or lazy eye, is reduced visual acuity in one eye. The eye socket is not sunken with retinoblastoma.

The first action is to flush the eyes with clean tap water. This will rinse the detergent from the eyes.
