Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Co-branding is defined as two companies collaborating in a joint venture to create a good or service for the customer. For example, a company might mention that its body gear, racing sails, or bike tires have Tevlar fabric.
Ingredient branding is the main form of co-branding. One company and its product is the host, and the other company adds value to the host with its product. An example of this is that Brembo brakes (the value-add) are in Aston Martins, Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Paganis (the host).
When a marketer makes a minor change to a product, it typically will co-brand its product in the short run, but will give it a new brand in the long run.
