Looking at the results over all of the regions studied, the most frequently outsourced services include domestic transportation (83), international transportation, (75), warehousing (74), customs brokerage (58), and forwarding (53). The less frequently outsourced logistics services tend to be customer-related, involve the use of information technology, and are more strategic in nature.
