Answer to Question 1

d

Answer to Question 2

Patient-centered care involves patients being much more active in managing their healthcare plans and communicating their needs and desires directly to doctors and other healthcare providers. To fully achieve this, patients have to become more knowledgeable about treatments, diagnoses, and healthcare options. Doctors and healthcare practitioners need to provide patients with more detailed information as well as be better trained in communicating with their patients. This may include spending more time talking with individual patients.
