of clinician, previous experience of inferior or less effective treatment

ANSWER: Older adults often present with physical complaints or symptoms that may not appear to meet the full
criteria for mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. Family members may ignore their relative's
symptoms, believing they are part of the aging process and cannot be changed
