You have determined that you will need to perform a field delivery. What instructions to the patient show that the EMT is properly positioning her?
 
  A) Please lie on your back, draw your knees upward, and spread your legs apart.
  B) I am going to place you on your left side with your legs up until the baby's head is visible.
  C) Please lie back, and then elevate both legs into the air. Your husband will help you hold them up.
