  A) Please lie on your back, draw your knees upward, and spread your legs apart.
  B) I am going to place you on your left side with your legs up until the baby's head is visible.
  C) Please lie back, and then elevate both legs into the air. Your husband will help you hold them up.
  D) I'd like you to lie flat on the bed and bend your right leg while keeping your left leg straight.
