If you check for capillary refill and find that it is completely absent, you should:
 
  a. attempt to straighten the injured extremity to restore circulation
  b. document it and continue normal care procedures
  c. transport the person to the nearest hospital immediately
  d. begin massaging the injured extremity to stimulate the blood vessels
