.125 mg should be written 0.125 mg
.125 mg should be 0.125 mg
.125 should be 0.125

Answer to Question 2

100 mL/hr

Global rationale: mL/hr =200 mL/2 hrs. The client will receive the medication at 100 mL/hr.
