Find the error in the following order Digoxin .125 mg PO daily 0900

The client is prescribed to receive an IV medication. The concentration in the IV bag contains 600 mg of a drug in 200 mL of NS, and it must infuse over 2 hours.
 
  What is the flow rate for this medication in mL/hr? Round the answer to the nearest whole number.

.125 mg should be written 0.125 mg
.125 mg should be 0.125 mg
.125 should be 0.125

Answer to Question 2

100 mL/hr

Global rationale: mL/hr =200 mL/2 hrs. The client will receive the medication at 100 mL/hr.
