Henri is the president of a company with 10 employees. Each employee has full medical benefits and Henri doesn't have the time or knowledge to administer the benefits program. His best bet would be to:
 
  a. use outsourcing
 b. learn the needed skills
 c. hire a temporary employee each month
  d. adjust his working schedule
