Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Structured practice involves the teacher modeling a process, providing positive reinforcement for correct responses, and correcting errors. Guided practice involves allowing students to work on assignments at their own desks with the teacher circulating among students, monitoring students' performance, and correcting errors. Independent practice involves allowing students to practice on their own either in class or at home, with feedback being delayed.
