Answer to Question 1

Awesome help, super fast

Answer to Question 2

Strategic planning is defined as the process of formulating, implementing, and evaluating organizational changes in ways that enable an organization to achieve its goals. It typically follows ten steps:
1. Define plans
2. Define the scope of products and services
3. Assess internal resources
4. Assess the external environment
5. Analyze internal arrangements
6. Assess the competitive advantage
7. Develop a competitive strategy
8. Communicate the strategy to stakeholders
9. Implement the strategy
10. Evaluate the outcome

Although the strategic planning process is challenging, costly, and time consuming, an organization that fails to plan will lose any competitive advantage it may have and this will eventually have a negative impact on its profitability and survival.
