Discuss some of the demographic changes occurring in the United States. How do these changes affect leadership?

Students could address a variety of demographic changes in the U.S. population including, gender, age, national origin, and race. Demographic changes that lead to increased diversity in the various groups and organizations push leaders to consider this diversity when making decisions. Many countries include similar or even greater cultural diversity.
